50% Done

I finished one of my hubby's socks and had him try it on. He said "You're 50% done, hopefully I'll see the next one by next Christmas!" He likes to josh me about getting my projects done, he knows I sometimes don't get things done when I originally planned on it. After all, I have some counted cross-stitch WIP that are 20 years old. But seriously, I should have his other sock done by the end of the month. I'm really trying to stick to my one pair of socks a month goal.

I finished both the scarves I wanted to get done for the Red Scarf Project. We turned them in to the Knit Wits Group at Borders today. Borders is kind enough to ship out all the scarves for all of the groups that brought them in. This includes Orlando Knit Wits, Orlando Area Knitters and Spinners, West Orange Knitters and Knit or Knot. There were some pictures taken and as soon as they become available I will post one on here. I'm not sure what the final count was, Jody has that information.

Hey, that's a good looking sock! I have a similar situation at my home. Tell Hubby he is in good company with hot foot, cold foot. He he he.
I haven't started the second sock yet and have just read Kates blog and discovered wonderful charity's to knit for.
If only I could knit and nothing else!
